Bangkok 2476 is dedicated to the architecture and style of early 20th century Bangkok. Exposed brick, wood floors, stylish furniture, and all the needed amenities make for a very comfortable stay. This large (45sqm/485sqft), private room has a furnished balcony.
Bangkok 2510
Bangkok 2510 is a love letter to the architecture and style of Mid-century Modernism that flourished in Bangkok in the 1960s and ‘70s. Thai modernism defined the capital’s explosive development in everything from movie palaces to university buildings and commercial structures.
The large (45sqm/485sqft) private room is decorated with images of these architectural gems by Thailand’s top period architectural photographers.

Bangkok 2360: Experience the traditional Thai luxury of ancient Siam, where traditional aesthetics meet modern comfort in this large 45sqm (485sqft), private room adorned with real antique carved teak, classic Thai materials, and modern amenities. The room’s color palette is a blend of dark wood tones, slate, and traditional cherrywood.

How do I get in and out?
Every guest gets their own unique passcode for the building front door and their private room. Passcodes are changed for every guest.
I’m arriving late at night. How do I get in?
While the ground floor dispensary and barcade are open 10am to midnight every day except Monday, the building is accessible 24/7 by guests using their door codes.
Is it loud?
Even when downstairs is busy, guests are unlikely to hear anything in their rooms. Downstairs closes around midnight. On Friday nights we sometimes have DJs, so there may be a little sound. That said, if you want absolute silence, consider another place. If you want fun with a great community of friends, great cannabis, great drinks, and a lot of cool events to check out, then this is your place.
Is it safe?
Absolutely. Not only is the neighborhood very safe, the building is secure and its regular patrons are Bangkok’s loveliest people.
How far is the BTS/transportation? Is there anything to do in the neighborhood?
The BTS Phra Khanong Skytrain station is no more than a 5-minutes away on foot. There are so many great places to eat and hangout and shop in the neighborhood. We are very happy to make recommendations and give directions. The Skytrain station is just a few short stops away from the major malls of Sukhumvit Road.
Can I get a late checkout/checkin?
Checking In: Guests are welcome to check in anytime from 2pm onward. Guests arriving before are welcome to hang out downstairs in the air-conditioned cafe/barcade, which opens at 10am every day except Monday.
Checking Out: Checkout is noon. Guests may contact us to arrange something if needed and we can accommodate the request. Late checkout (5pm) can sometimes be arranged for a small fee.

ManarCompletely recommended! The place is exactly as listed in Airbnb. In addition, both host Todd and and Pumpin are extremely helpful! They’ve provided great local recommendations, insights, and tips while supported in any inquiries. In addition, it felt like they were consistently going above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable; For example, our flight was late, however, they were kind enough to wait for us and support us throughout our checkin. On top of the place, the area is very convenient with a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, and dispensaries available in the area. Overall, highly recommended!

KassieI stayed for a month, and you can’t go wrong here! The vibe is fantastic, and everyone who works down at the arcade bar is incredibly friendly. It attracts a really nice crowd as well. Getting around was a breeze, and it was cool having access to the bar right downstairs if you’re in the mood for a tasty beverage- not to mention the great rooftop and fun gaming events! Check-in was an absolute breeze, and the communication was spot-on. I’d definitely stay again!
